This large historic home is located just one block from Globe’s Historic District and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, entertainment and basic necessities like groceries and banks. Owned and operated by Linda Gross since 2006 when she took over the home from her mother, Helen who had come to Globe in 1992.

Helen initially operated it as a bed and breakfast, but it now serves as housing for professionals working in the region on extended contracts.

The main floor offers a boarding house environment for women – with large private rooms and shared bathrooms – and the lower portion (Street Level) offers both a 2 bedroom/1bath and 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments with fenced yards and laundry facilities.

The owner, Linda Gross, lives at the house, with her cat Ike, where she also manages a publishing business and produces the local newspaper; The Globe Miami Times.
